The Bishops of England and Wales require Catholic schools to use the CES personnel policies below. These should be adopted at a Governing Body meeting and recorded in the minutes.
Discussions are ongoing with LAs re supporting the CES documents.
It is ESSENTIAL to use the CES Appointments policy and procedure and ALL contracts must be CES contracts NOT LA contracts.
